ユーザーの既存の2台のエルボー機の要求構成はロボットが上材と下材を担当する自動生産ラインであり、エルボー機は台湾と機械エルボー機であり、型番：CNC25-3A，多層型で、蘇州優伊ロボット会社の自動材料投入機を2台配置し、材料投入機に管材溶接ビード検査システムを配置し、ユーザーの管材に溶接ビードの位置決め処理を行うことができる。OTC 8 kgロボットを選択し、2台のエルボー機の上材と下材を担当する。

Project description:

The user's existing two pipe benders are required to form an automated production line with robots responsible for feeding and unloading. The pipe bender is a Taiwan Hehe mechanical pipe bender, model: CNC25-3A, multi-layer mold, configuration 2 An automatic feeder from Suzhou Youyi Robot Co. Ltd. is equipped with a pipe welding seam detection system, which can perform welding seam positioning processing for user pipe fittings. The OTC 8kg robot is used to load and unload the two pipe benders.
